The symposium respects the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing included in COPE et al (2022) on authorship and contributorship.
The symposium website uses https, ensuring user protection against viruses.
The site does not contain information that could mislead readers or authors, being dedicated to the articles presented at the symposium and which are subsequently included in the symposium proceedings.
The site has their own personalized graphics, logo and design.
The objectives and scope are presented in the section: “General Information”. The publication of articles that have been previously published in other journals or conferences is not allowed. Articles are checked in advance to avoid plagiarism.
Articles that have been created using AI techniques will be rejected from the beginning.
The article sent to the editor will be accompanied by a Copyright declaration, which also specifies the authors’ contribution. Authors should declare in the Declaration that there is no potential conflict of interest.
The publisher offers Open Access, free access to published articles. Any articles that will use parts of the articles published on the symposium website must refer to this aspect, by citing the mentioned articles.
The editor ensures the maintenance of the digital back-up for a period of min. 10 years.
